I've decided that I want to study more of the teachings of yoga, so I "discovered" this post at the perfect time. Over the last year or so I have done some studying of the Yamas (ahimsa, in particular). I'm learning so much about myself on this spiritual journey. I look forward to reading your posts on the Niyamas over and over!
