No class on Saturday April 28.
Classes in Northern Chautauqua County held at the Dunkirk and Fredonia Yoga Center, 809 Central Avenue, Dunkirk NY, unless noted. Embracing everyday low prices, we operate on a punch card system where payment is offered for a set of ten classes. Daytime classes are $60.00 for ten. Evening classes are $100.00 for ten.

Village Elders Yoga for youngsters 50+ years. Chairs as well as all necessary props are available.Call 672.6697 to register.
Tuesdays 10:00-11:10 AM Joyful strengthening is usually what folks whose balance is no longer “up to snuff” need. Join us camaraderie and to add a blissful blessing to your day.
Thursdays 10:00-11:10 AM Primary focus is happy stretching. It’s often NOT your age, but your Mind that limits how far you can go and what you can achieve.
CLASSES FOR ALL AGES:
Monday Yoga All Levels 7:30 – 9:00 PM This class encompasses a wide range of physical movement. We explore and develop our personal abilities while developing a deep friendship with the Self. Inversions, Balances, Twists, Standing Poses, Forward and Backward Bending poses included. Guided Breathwork and Meditation included.
SATURDAY FLOW YogA: 10:00-11:30 AM Stretch your edges While learnING to float in peace and joy. Note: this class only continues to operate under a $10 per class drop-in basis. held at 31 Holmes Place, Fredonia NY.
Tuesdays 11:30-12:30 CHAIR YOGA, a class for all ages and anyone unable to get up or down from the floor. Balance, Knee, or Hip issues creating a lot of immobility in your life? This is the class for you! Have fun as we develop physical strength and flexibility. We’ll begin seated meditation and breath work practices to challenge your mind as well.
Thursdays 11:30-12:30 SPA Yoga Deep Relaxation for any age. Join us for a blissful hour of nourishing comfort. Recommended for headache sufferers and anyone who has difficulty or does not make daily time for de-stressing. A great class to take while undergoing chemotherapy or when recovering from injury or illness.
Fredonia Meditation Circle meets Mondays at noon in the Tower Lounge of Reed Library on the SUNY Fredonia campus. We sit from 12:15 – 12:45. Chairs are available. It’s free and open to all members of the campus community. If you are new to meditation, instructions will be provided at your first session.
Relaxation & Meditation Techniques (SUNY Fredonia LART 150): A variety of relaxation and meditation techniques are taught. This course includes required journal work and presentation of research on a selected topic. Students are expected to practice 4-7 times per week. The current syllabus is posted HERE.
SPEAKING EVENTS AND WORKSHOP SESSIONS FOR YOUR SPORT CLUB, CHURCH, SOCIAL GROUP, OR WORKPLACE CAN BE ARRANGED ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS. PLEASE INQUIRE REGARDING AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS AND FEE SCHEDULE.
