2012 NEW YEAR SPECIAL EVENT CLASSES held at 31 Holmes Pl, Fredonia. For 3 Saturdays in January we will stoke the inner fire and calm our twittery minds with 2 hour Saturday classes on January 14, 21, and 28 from 10:00 am -12:00 noon. $15.00 per class or $35.00 if you sign up for all 3. We’ll begin standing and complete a standing pose cycle before transitioning into deep restorative poses. We’ll end with a 20 minute sitting meditation.
Please note, there will not be a lot of teaching during the standing cycle, so you should already be familiar with those poses.
ALSO, Stop by to say hello on Monday January 9 from 11-1 at the DSS RESILIENCY workshop at the JCC North Campus, rooms 117-119. I’ll be answering questions and providing info. about OFFICE YOGA.

Tuesays 10:15-11:15 AM Primary focus is joyful strengthening. Strength is usually the primary need of folks whose balance is no longer “up to snuff!” Join us for camaraderie and to add a blissful blessing to your day.

Monday Yoga Levels 1-2 7:30 – 9:00 PM This class encompasses a wide range of physical movement. We explore and develop our personal abilities while developing a deep friendship with the Self. Inversions, Balances, Twists, Standing Poses, Forward and Backward Bending poses included. Guided Breathwork and Meditation included. *Ability to get up and down off the floor a prerequisite.
SATURDAY FLOW: 10:00-11:30 AM ….going strong. Stretch your edges this winter and learn to float in peace and joy. Note: this class only continues to operate under a $10..00 per class drop-in basis. It is held at 31 Holmes Place, Fredonia NY.
Tuesdays 11:30-12:30 CHAIR YOGA, a class for all ages and anyone unable to get up or down from the floor. Knee or Hip issues creating a lot of immobility in your life? This is the class for you! Have fun as we develop physical strength and flexibility. We’ll begin seated meditation and breath work practices to challenge your mind as well.
Thursdays 11:30-12:30 SPA Yoga for deep relaxation for any age.
Join us for a blissful hour of nourishing comfort. Recommended for anyone who has difficulty or does not make enough time for de-stressing. A great class to take while undergoing chemotherapy or when recovering from injury or illness.
SPECIAL EVENT SESSIONS FOR YOUR SPORT CLUB, SOCIAL GROUP, OR WORKPLACE CAN BE ARRANGED ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS. PLEASE INQUIRE REGARDING AVAILABLE TIME SLOTS AND FEE SCHEDULE. Relaxation & Meditation Techniques 
(SUNY Fredonia LART 150):
Fall semesters, Tuesday afternoons, Reed Library. A variety of relaxation and meditation techniques are taught and practiced. This course includes required journal work and a presentation of research on a selected topic. Students are expected to practice 4-7 times per week.
